A wide range of berries, fruits, vegetables and herbs grow around the farm.
We still harvest them by hand and use them to produce delicious jams, syrups, compotes, herb teas and a special herb salt. We also get our eggs directly from our free-range chicken.
At the “Botenhof”, we still practice the ancient tradition of baking bred in a wood-fuelled stone oven.
We invite all our guests to taste this crunchy, hand-made speciality with its deliciously smelling flavour. You can also cook together with the farmer’s wife Maria, who might share a few useful tips while preparing her famous dumplings.
